Very pathetic service and untrained staff - I ordered a pair of monitor speaker stands, what i got is one peice, i asked the people in techline eletronics if this is one peice only and i have ordered a pair, they were very sure and assured it that its 2 peices. After coming home and upon checking its only one peice and the most pathetic thing is when i informed this to the receptionist she is again arguing with me that its 2 peices in the pack. Don't order from their site musicmajilis, better go to trusted store and avoid disappointment.

For a big, 2 story store, it has outdated equipment and hardly any variety in brands. Parking is limited, and when I asked for the location over whatsapp, I was given the old location across the street.

This company is sneaky with their promotions. Be careful in dealing with them. I had a bad experience dealing with them pre-sales and after sales!
This was my first and last time dealing with this store. Apparently there is company under the name of music majlis where Techniline is their partner store - i made an order yesterday and spoke with the shop and after my payment the shop informs me that the website is not updated and my selected items are out of stock. I understand the given situation and difficulties in getting shipments; however, it is the duty of the shop to update their website to reflect actual merchandise available and this can be done remotely. The shop has informed me that they have refunded my money, but till date nothing was refunded back to my credit card. Please be aware of this shop as its not that credible.
