I've known Kelly for a few years now. We were in a local BNI chapter together and I got to hear all kinds of stories about their level of expertise in diagnosing electrical issues on Mercedes-Benz and BMW cars, among others. Last week I got to experience this first hand when my Mercedes S-Class threw a code and started running roughly one morning. Instead of the massive repair bill I was expecting, Kelly and his team were able to narrow it down to a bad battery. They also took care of the service interval while it was there.
