So quick to respond to my review and yet now 20 days since sending you my phone and I’ve yet to receive any money from you? You should really think before you type a customer an email with all caps and making a false statement. My phone was sent to you in the original box with all accessories with it. The charger still was wrapped in original plastic. You can say whatever you want but I know the truth and what I sent you. Just send me my giant 26 and let me be done with such a horrible company. I’ll keep going with reviews on every website I find until I get my money.

Easy enough process on website, but make sure you take a ton of pictures of your product prior to sending it. I learned the hard way and did NOT get what I was owed given the definitions on their website for “new in box”. Sucks but Metro “POS” phone so just happy someone would buy it. My advice is stick with Decluttr....
