Ich kann hier nur warnen. Große Versprechungen beim Verkauf, aber wenn es dann doch mal zu einem Defekt kommt - absolut NULL Leistung. Nur mit massivstem Druck von Außen war hier überhaupt eine Reaktion zu erkennen - man wäre grundsätzlich nicht zur Gewährleitung verpflichtet. Da täuscht sich der Herr Reimers aber gewaltig. Wer keine gute Rechtschutzversicherung hat, sollte die Finger vom Laden lassen. Ein Stern ist deutlich zu viel.

In diesem Autohaus habe ich im Laufe der Jahre mehr als ein Fahrzeug gekauft und schon die Preisverhandlungen waren ein positives Erlebnis, indem für beide Seiten ein akzeptabler Kaufpreis vereinbart wurde. Der Service ist super und die MitarbeiterInnen stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Garantieabwicklung und auch die Abwicklung von Service-Rückrufen des Autoherstellers fand ich überraschend gut. Ich finde dieses Autohaus deshalb insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
