Found my new favourite healthy lunch spot. Can't wait to bring my friends back to try it. My favourite is The Orient Bowl. The owner, Tanya was so accommodating, I mixed it up and used the sweet tangy sauce and it was mind blowing. It was a good sized portion and I'll definitely get it again. My favourite smoothie is the peanut butter cup, tastes like a cold treat. Can't wait to come back

Love everything about this place!! The online app is user-friendly and everything is fresh and delicious. Amazing staff and outstanding customer service. Food is always ready on time and exactly the way order it. Don’t even get me started on the home made salad dressings!! Don’t hesitate to stop you won’t be disappointed!!

Healthy Xpress is my go-to destination when I am looking for a delicious meal that I can feel good about! Tanya, Jodie and Nolan are always friendly and efficient. Healthy Xpress is conveniently located at Xanadu Health Club right off the expressway on my way to work. You don’t have to be a member of Xanadu to go in. There is even a takeout window! Highly recommended.
Healthy Express was the perfect ending to my workout yesterday. I’ve tried the shakes before and they’re great but the food was incredible. I was surprised at the amount of food I got for the low price too! I highly recommend the Express Cobb salad with a chicken breast ! Thanks
Had an amazing lunch at Healthy Xpress. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had the Spartan Salad with chicken added, and the dressing is to die for. Will most definitely be stopping by frequently, super convenient :)
