Tony was prompt and friendly but unfortunately after examining my washing machine and tumble dryer he reported that the fault in both was not economical to repair. The call out cost 60 and I still needed to replace both machines.
Was glad to have someone come and fix our dishwasher so quickly. Call out fee reasonable for a saturday and included 2 hours of work plus parts. No negatives, the hepa filtered mask and gloves are very sensible for these days we are in.
Great work! Fast response from Tony, came next day. Identified and fixed the problem. Reasonable costs. Cheerful and positive throughout. Drier happily back up and running. No hesitation to recommend.
Brilliant service. Phoned in the afternoon and came early the next morning. Tony had the part needed replacing in his van so washing machine was fixed within 30 minutes. He was very kind and professional.
