The lady on the phone booked me in for 10am. When I got there, the sign on the door said they don't open until 10:30. I waited until 10:30, still no sign of anyone. I called and left a message for them to call back but they never did. Im pretty sure they didn't even open that day. I wouldn't bother to book anything here, most awful customer service.

Very odd experience. After arriving slightly early (15 minutes) I was told to come back in ten. I asked if I could sit in the waiting area which I did. I was then asked for the money for the massage upfront which I've never experienced before. Usually you pay after any treatment then give a tip. I was shown into a room with a green towel that was frayed and old... The door was left partially open throughout the treatment and I kept hearing another lady that worked there walk back and forth numerous times. There was no background music on either oh and to top it off the lady doing my massage disappeared twice, to speak to another member of staff so this interrupted my relaxation. Did I mention that I asked for an aromatherapy massage but this was given with Johnsons baby oil? Most bizarre!! The massage itself was OK, definitely not as tense as I was prior to the treatment but there could have been lots of small touches to make the entire experience better and for 45 it's allot for a treatment involving no proper aromatherapy oil and endless interruptions. Would I return...? Probably not.
Definitely I'll come back.. Thanks Meggy for the massage. The only thing I gave 4 stars instead of 5 that the room was without heater as she said it's summer time we don't use it. Overall good experience !
My partner just had the most appalling 60 minute massage, the therpest didn’t know what they were doing, and kept chopping and changing where to massage. She didn’t listen to where the pain was, and chose the end the massage early as she was causing more pain than relief.
