I can highly recommend Sarah from Rewind Physio for Physiotherapy treatment and Pilates classes - I have seen Sarah for Physio treatment on different occasions with wrist, back and nerve pain issues, which she has worked her physio magic! She takes the time to listen and understand and has helped me enormously with treatment. Sarah’s Pilates classes have also been a major help for my strengthening, general fitness and wellbeing. She is a fantastic Pilates teacher, explaining the exercises and what they help you to achieve, as well as being observant and encouraging! Thank you!
