Let me start by saying we went during a pandemic on Valentine's day. Social distancing was excellent. Why the manager didn't ask a group of loud, obnoxious diners to please settle down (at least stop using profanity that could be heard across the restaurant ), I can't understand. I also don't understand why the heat setting was so low, diners eating with coats on should have been a clue. Although our server was courteous, he was a bit too comfortable and made comments that were on the borderline of being disrespectful. My King didn't want to dampen the evening and held his tongue. The kitchen was very slow and a special isn't always a great deal (the cuts of bison, which are typically lean had A LOT of fat). We will not be dining here again.

Ted’s is an awesome place to eat and work, which is why I am so disappointed in how they handled their employees during covid. I started in 2019 and continued until covid made it not possible to work. Ted’s did not once reach out to me after numerous visits calls and questions I was told we will be giving u a call in 2 weeks and that was almost 3 months ago. It puzzling to see new management and servers but I never got a call back.

Silent Sought

My family drove across the United States from Alaska to Virginia. This is by far one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. Every part of the experience was done better than we could have expected. Our server Stephone was friendly and went above and beyond. My wife and I got the 1977 burger (each slightly different, to suit our tastes) and they were amazing. The onion rings were the largest basket of the more perfectly cooked.. thick and juicy onion rings than we’d ever had. You can even get cuts of meat to cook at home to order! Five stars was an easy rating. I can’t wait to bring the rest of my family to try more of the menu.

Service was simply amazing, they had a very warm and inviting atmosphere! The food is just unspeakable, portions were very generous and every dish that I ordered was extremely flavorful! I will be recommending Ted’s to quite a few! :)
