We worked with Annette Norfolk. We LOVED her!!!! She was extremely helpful from start to finish. She was always there for any questions we had (even in her off hours). She was always so kind and upfront, which I loved becuase we never had to worry about something jumping out and surprising us. She made sure we were prepared for anything and everything that could happen. She worked so, so hard for us and I can not thank her enough for everything she has done to make our dream come true. Annette is truly an amazing person who went above and beyond for us and I am more then happy to refer her and Academy Mortgage to everyone I know. I will definitely be back when it's time to refinance.
