All the staff I have spoken to at the Teignmouth branch have been amazing. We are moving long distance and when I call for help/ advice they are always so full of warmth and support. I know they are really busy and probably stressed to the max, but I never have any indication of that because they are so professional. Thank you guys. I can’t wait to start finding our forever home with you once we get there!!

Ben of Dart & Partners is what you hope for in an estate agent but so rarely get. Our purchase proved long and tricky but he kept us informed and negotiated fairly throughout. A complete professional but also a real pleasure to deal with. I'm sure the seller felt the same.
Dart & partners have acted as both letting agents and eventually to sell property on our behalf. Very professional with reasonable fees. The tenants found were no issues. Regular updates as to condition of property and tasks that needed completing to comply with law. The sale progressed despite Covid interruption and a slowing of action with other legal parties. Highly recommended.
