What a hidden gem! Great service and huge menu. We had homemade soup, crab sandwiches and the East street baps with roast meat and gravy. The pies also looked amazing! real ales aswell. We'll be back!

Me and my family when we go to Devon we always go there cleanest toilets I've seen, friendly staff, hand sanitizer but best meal of all time my mom dad and my self had a rump steak with onion rings and chips, with a tomato and paid extra for Stilton and peppercorn sauce. We will definitely be coming again.

Nice friendly staff, but the seafood plate was a disappointment. The bits on it were nice, but the plate was mostly covered with fries and hot counter peas. The price of the item was misleading (too high for a few pieces of scampi). Also the mussels were meant to come with their own portion of chips, and when we said to staff about, they told us to share (even though the people on the next table had the same portion and chips with the mussels). So the food was ok, but felt a bit stingy.
