- Culture. The people are great. - Your managers want to see you grow. Your growth directly effects their bottom line so it is designed to help the BDR's learn and grow. - The company is not afraid of providing incentives. Commission KPI's are not easy but they are not impossible nor are they hard for that matter. They take into consideration the market and create reasonable goals.

Absolute clown show over there. They have cold callers leave you a voicemail along the lines of "Hey, this is Mitch, give me a call back at...." like they are an old buddy calling to catch up. There is no mention of the company or why they are calling. I'm not sure who is possibly returning their calls much less considering their services.

I made a huge mistake and decided trust the Sales rep at TekScape in NYC and their engineering team . They never deployed my Cisco Infrastructure as promised and it was a total nightmare working with this firm The CEO Dave Smith was aloof and must have hired his college buddies Stay away from VARs and go directly to the OEM .
