We are the Milk & Honey distillery, Israel's first whisky distillery. We are dedicated to genuine artisanal manufacturing and committed to maintaining the highest standards, reflected through the careful selection of raw materials, barrels and equipment, meticulously following Scottish tradition. We joined forces with the late Dr Jim Swan that guided us throughout the setup process. We are like Tel -Aviv, fresh, urban and vibrant distillery that try to think and act outside the box and an illustration of both classic & modern. All of the products made in our distillery are locally inspired. They are the result of an ongoing quest for uncompromising precision and performance and they are all based on our on our new make – double distilled 100% barley. Our desire to share our story and craftsmanship has led us to open our visitor centre.
