The staff at the airport is completely ignorant when it comes to the service. I was denied to board on the plane because I didn't provide a registration form which can be done online! (some additional registration was required due to covid). I do not deny my fault but I believed that staff could have more common sense and could understand that registration can be finished on the plane. It was a mess and cost me extra money - new flights, hotel, car rent, parking, extra day off... It's just more than ridiculous. Shame on you Ryanair staff!

La peor atención al cliente, no reconocen el documento extranjero de identidad NIE para viajar dentro del país. Aparte el personal es poco amable y nada resolutivo
