Lovely, helpful staff. Had exactly what I wanted even though it was a religious piece for a gift. Other jewellers in the shopping centre did not stock a St. Christopher. Hinds did. Delightful.

I was served by someone called Louise (got name off receipt) , she was very unhelpful and made me feel as though I was a child, i don't appreciate people talking down to me especially if I am asking simple questions about the necklace I would like. I only went through with buying the necklace due to needing it for Christmas or I would have just walked away.

I reserved on line and quite quickly I received a phone call to tell it was available for collection. This would have been good if my wife hadn't been sitting right by me. I hope the surprise isn't ruined. In the shop I was served by a young man who was very pleasant but was rather unsure of himself. I'm sure he will improve. The watch looks great.
