Order from here with caution ... my order did not arrive on time for Christmas. This was highly disappointing as it was a Christmas present. I ordered on 22 Nov (the website said 6 Dec was the latest for guaranteed Christmas delivery). I rang mid December to check, was told hoodie was ready but coat wasn’t. Asked if they could just send hoodie but they didn’t. They said you would ring me back to keep me updated, they never did. Had to ring again a few days before Christmas and told my order would be dispatched that day. In the end it ended up not turning up for Christmas. Email response was also very slow, and being told it ‘Should’ arrive on time for Christmas really wasn’t much help. Very disappointing. They then lied in the follow up email saying the hoodie had been dispatched in time for Christmas ... it hadn’t, as it arrived in the same package as the coat and hadn’t been sent until 21st/22nd Dec
I ordered a tee shirt and had to email when it had not arrived after 3 weeks, took another 10 days to arrive. It is very poor quality and the size is not accurate to guide. I have emailed asking to return for refund but am being ignored, just need to put this down to experience!!
My son is still awaiting for his tee shirt ordered in August 19 for the start of the new school year and some of the other school children I believe are awaiting for theirs to.
