Awesome special fried rice and a nice smile from the young lady behind the counter. In fact I have not had a bad dish from here. All food is cooked fresh and you can change the ingredients if needed.

Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Very very disappointed. We have been ordering from here for over 10 years now through two different addresses and tonight they have lost us. My sister phoned up at about 7:30 and halfway through making our order the woman put her on hold to answer another phone, put that customer on hold and then come back to her, which on its own is very poor customer service and in doing so she did not hear some of our order. Our order came to about 30 and we waited about 30-40 mins for it to arrive. Upon arrival we realised we were missing 2 out of 3 of our rice's so we called back and they never put it through to our original order and so we had to order some more; an extra 5. We then got a call back a few minutes later saying that it will be a bit if a wait and my mom was saying it was fine, which it was. A few minutes after that we got a SECOND call back and she was saying how they're stopping taking delivery orders, which is absolute BS because we have ordered later than this on a Sunday before and so my mom got into a bit of an argument on the phone and the woman on the phone was being very hostile and not at all professional or apologetic. We have had another incident a few years ago where we ordered chicken chow mein but the meat was dark so we tried it and it was duck and the chef was completely adamant it was chicken when it was not, we have had that meal so much and not once it was dark meat. Instead of trying resolve the situation by sending out the 2 rice's they have lost out on at least 1 order per week from us going back to 2011! Especially during Covid you would have thought they would want the business. Very poor customer service by the chefs and using their staff to pass on messages instead of sorting out the problem by themselves.

Singapore fried rice absolutely delicious as well as Singapore chow Mein would definitely recommend it to anyone. Best Chinese in Telford just a bit curious why people are putting bad reviews .
