It's always a pleasure to shop in this store. The M&S food hall is also great and is much better than Waitrose in my opinion. This store is an asset to The Telford Centre.

Love the staff and deals at the M&S Telford, however, the opening hours became out of reach for those *magically* still in 9-17:30 work. The main doors shut between at 17:50 and 17:55 making return to the shopping centre impossible, and even if I grab some M&S I then need to walk in a freezing wind all around the huge empty parking at the back of the building with my toddler boy. So not worth coming

Love M&S and the staff are always lovely. The store is clean and Covid19 proofed though the long line of people at the staffed checkout does cause problems as you can't easily get to the surrounding shelves and be anything like socially distanced.

Love M&S absolutely lovely food, staff are so friendly and helpful. The Dine in is absolutely perfect , also the Tomatoe and basil soup
