This branch is well managed and not as chaotic as others, particularly impressed on our last visit, staff members were very well organised amidst the current covid rules. The food too was great. Well done guys.

Chicken and chips were an absolute delight and the bird who served me had her eye brows on point
Absolutely shocking customer service from the \manager\ who clearly needs to go on a course. As usual the chicken was fine, however after spending a not insubstantial amount on our party's meal we expressed disappointment at the side of the sweet portion, specifically the brownie. This resulted in a careless and diabolical response from the manager who compared the brownie to competitors portions and flatly refused to accept any resolution other than removing the sweet from the table and the bill. With our spend one would have expected a gesture of goodwil and a refund on one sweet, is this too much to expect?
Haven't been for a while but never disappointed when we go. They have a QR code for virtual queuing which I'm guessing was a necessity when it was eat out to help out. It's in a good location in southwater so easy to find with the award winning town park on its doorstep if you fancy burning off the extra calories.
Quick service, really nice food, wish they did more deals as price is slightly high compared to other restaurants close by, but still really happy
