Got an emergency appointment half an hour after phoning for an extraction and the tooth was out within another half an hour, very friendly and happy to answer questions cant complain at all.

Who siting in reception was asked call 8.30 calling for 2 hours no one pick phone when called to another department lady says receptionist siting there and they open shut pick the phone ring millions times again and no answer Are you so lazy to pick the phone or you just don't want to pick it up??!?!!!
Called up this morning for an emergency appointment. Got one for this afternoon. Brilliant. I've been here for an extraction before so I wasnt too anxious. The guys there are lovely. From the receptionist to the dental nurse and the dentist they all were considerate. For someone who never went to to the dentist for over 20 years down to a bad procedure these people really made me feel better about the whole experience. So thank you.
I can highly recommend them. Their staff are all very friendly and reassuring. They were very understanding throughout my treatment. I hadn't been to a dentist for years after a very bad experience but an issue I had became too painful to ignore. At the Smile Works I was very well looked after and because of them I'll be going to the dentist much more often. Can't recommend highly enough!
