Absolutely awful Custer service, went to return a Christmas present that was not suitable. I was told I can not Return my t shirt as they didn’t except a gift receipt form something that was purchased in another super dry store.This is absolutely ludicrous just because they are a franchise they do not except gift receipts from other stores. What exactly is the point of a gift receipt. The official receipt was needed to prove the price that was payed. However the person who bought the gift was with me upon returning it so we showed bank statements which match the gift receipt and the exact date but this was still not good enough. Management was unhelpful and rude and left a store assist to deal with the situation. Your happy to take money as a super dry store but not refund says it all really ! Avoid !
