been with tell net for a month now on adsl2 and they are the bees knees not problem with connection always a good strong connection. They supplied what they promised no exceptions and you can chat to a person on your account, they are always happy to do so and if you need to push your bill out a week they are always happy to do that also so as far as a service provider they are A in my book.

Service has reduced to a slow crawl for over 3 days in the Melbourne CBD, no one is picking up the phones, even during office hours, they simple are saying they’ll call you back, leave a number. Terrible service and actually more expensive than the others!

I can't believe this company. Paid for my bill and the very next day our internet was very slow. The day after that we went on vacation and 2 weeks later when we got back we found out that the internet was dead...called to see what was going on only to hear an answering machine saying they've gone into liquidation and to top it off 5 mins after finding out they sent a sms to say my bill is due...cheek of this company. So ive been trying to get a new broadband company for the past month and can't cause The NBN has disconnected services to my house due to Tellnet. NOT GOOD AT ALL TELLNET!!

Appalling customer service i definitely do not recommend this service provider to anyone. This is the 3rd time we are without internet in the space of 6 months, i have sent several emails, made calls, left messages and no one will reply. The last time we lost internet for over a month they finally answered me to tell me that i will need to pay to have a new modem sent out if they want us to fix the problem?! I am painfully dealing with them again as we have no internet but i cannot get a response out of anyone. Would really appreciate someone contacting me so i can change providers. Absolute joke

Had nbn connected on Tuesday. 5 days later still can't access internet. They convinced me to use their modem on proviso it would be plug in and go. Plugged it in, it goes, but still no internet. They have no idea what the issue is. Their service centres only open 9-5 Mon-fri, not very helpful if you work. Apparently they're based in Melbourne but I'm suspicious its just a phone line that runs through a Melbourne number. All have accents and they thought express post would get here in a day. Bahahahaha - shows they know nothing about Australia Post! Friendly staff but fairly useless in my circumstance.

Worst customer service, bad value. Kept sending bills after service was disconnected, the only thing you can rely on them to provide is late fees and extra charges.
