I've seen Dr. Murdock and Dr. Temas did surgery. I can say they are the best I've seen (of several) in 35 years of chronic issues. Up to date on latest knowledge and technology. You may have to spend a long stretch in the waiting room on some days, but they are so worth it. So be patient. No pun intended.

Everything was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Ten hours later my vision is so much better and clearer. Second time Doctor Temas has done cataract surgery on each eye and both times he has done excellent. Very happy with his office and his work. And love getting that Rose from him and his office. This place is now called Carolina Eye Associates. I have a cornea disease that requires custom fitted hard contact lenses. When calling to schedule I asked the scheduler if they had someone who specializes in my condition and who can fit me for lenses after a brief hold she came back and said yes. Come to find out the doctor does not specialize in fitting hard lenses it was more like a consultation on options and information on a disease I have been living with for ten plus years. So I'm thinking the scheduler just asked about the disease and not if anyone there can fit for hard lenses for the diease. That little detail that was left out of what I was requesting made the whole trip and co pay a waste of EVERYBODY'S time. So if you schedule and you have special needs when it comes to your eyes make sure the person answering the phone understands exactly what your looking for.

I had cataract surgery 5 days ago, using the laser and having a multi focal lens replacement. Wonderful results! My vision was very clear 3-4 hours after the procedure with no negative effects. My depth perception was much improved and I am SO glad I had it done, and paid extra for the laser and multi focal lens.
