Saying Dr Roussot is a great Doctor is an understatement. He is extraordinary , he is the best Doctor I have ever seen. He turned what was supposed to be a horrible experience into something else. From the moment I was wheeled into his practice ,I experienced nothing but kindness from this Doc. He truly is amazing, knowledgeable funny and Oooh so kind. I am so impressed by this wonderful Doctor. Keep it up Doctor and kudos to the staff at Netcare Waterfall everyone was great....

Not helpful receptionist. I called in and the lady answered but was also busy talking to someone, i waited for 10 min but i didn't have a problem with that, the problem is she was not patient with me , she sounded like I was wasting her time , we didn't even finish our conversation and she dropped the call, i tried to call back and the call was answered and dropped, i tried several times and gave up . i ended up making appointment with another Doctor, i really wanted to book with Dr Roussot because he has good reviews unfortunately the lady denied me access to book with him. . Very poor telephone etiquette
