Riley and her friend gave me the BEST clothes shopping experience ever! Usually I refrain from retail clothes stores because it's confusing and I have a hard time finding cute pieces. Definitely will be back to this specific Buckle B to those two girls next time I need more outfits! Hopefully good things come their way for they truly bring light into the world.

I have been coming to this location for years now. I have always had a great customer service experience. The store is usually clean and the dressing rooms are decently kept as well. The employees are helpful and listen to what you tell them about when they are giving suggestions to try on. Collyn and Payton were so kind, they helped me find what I liked, and they had no judgment when listening and giving me the options they have for me. I appreciate them and how helpful they were today.

Do yourself a favor, skip the haughty treatment and pretentious attitudes from Buckle Team members at this location and shop elsewhere. On my last visit to Tempe Marketplace Buckle (and it will remain the last) I encountered Team Member Alex. Alex referred to the clothes that I was wearing as, "Trash," lectured me about luxury brands, and then proceeded to brag about how much his pants cost. Another female Team Member (did not get her name) happily joined in when Alex was being disrespectful towards me. It appears that Buckle Team members at this location have a habit of treating their customers poorly. I will be taking my money elsewhere and you should too.

Alex and Luke were awesome staff members. I shopped at 5 stores previously before entering for the first time. I hate shopping for clothes and i'm terrible at it, Alex was super friendly and took a lot of time and offered genuine feedback on the clothes I was wearing. He also guided me very well to some great clothes that fit and looked great. Awesome experience!
