Absolutely the worst mail order company in the business!! We had an order supposedly shipped last month and never received our medications. When attempting to resolve the lost shipments their customer service reps just reply that it was shipped?? They did not offer to cancel the lost order and reship. I guess we are just out of luck! Do not choose medical insurance that uses this medication shipper....you will regret your decision. They are the worst of the worst.
I was sent to express scripts by a friend and I loved my experience! The customer service was top notch and getting a 90 day supply was so convenient for Me! I will highly recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family.
This company does it all. From refusing to fill valid prescriptions to changing dosage because some 1st year pharmacist knows more than a perscribing doctor. Getting a 3 month perscription? Don't worry, they'll hold onto it for 3 weeks because they are too incompetent to contact you for whatever inane question they have, then only send out half the perscription when they get around to it. You'll probably be fine with any long term medication but anything that requires a physical perscription sent in, do yourself a favor and fill it at a local pharmacy.
Scripts are correct and shipped quickly, have had no problems
