I lost my husband! My Credit Union referred me to a consolidation company; that got approval from my creditors, for lower payments! However, they failed to tell me, that that this company would take 1-3 months to place my acct. in there consolidation computer system! Which, meant, that the company would take the full amount that they negotiated fir all my bills, right away! From my checking account each month! And I would alson be paying that same total to my creditors each month; for 1-3 months! They took their payment the same day , they notified me! It took 5 weeks for me to get my refund after I canceled the contract!! That act cause the urgent reason for me to fill bankruptcy! Fresh Start in conjunction wit the attorneys made it possible for me to get back on track financially!! Than k you all so much!! For helping me through a trying time in my life!!

I paid off my entire balance in February. You have been reporting a zero balance and all payments current. Recently 3 days ago you updated the account on my credit report to 120 days past due with a 100.00 balance. Nobody is answering the phones to resolved the situation. You falsely reported on my credit report and that is unacceptable. Someone need to reach out to me ASAP!!!!!
