I came in a few weeks ago just to get some information on mattress's as I will be looking to buy when I get by taxes back. Alicia was great, she showed me a few mattress's and also explained to me some of the financing options that they have to offer. My wife and I were looking for a new bed as ours was getting pretty old. We went to several bed stores to see what was new. We happened on Sleep America on Rural Road in Tempe and Cindy and David were the greatest!! Cindy was our salesperson and she really knew her stuff, she took plenty of time to explain all the features and seemed genuinely concerned with our personal requirements. We LOVE our new bed and will definitely recommend this store to all of our friends!!!!
I went in looking for just a pillow. simple right? well there is a lot of different types of pillows for sleeping styles and uses. I found Cindy to be SUPER helpful. She was funny, nice, kind and made sure it was within my budget. When i told her I was a college student and needed a good pillow to sleep on in between my long study sessions (HA) and work and such, she hooked me up with the gel pillow that cool when you get hot. I didnt even know that existed. She treated me respectively and was an awesome person. I recommend going here and asking for her because she wants to genuinely help people out and not just make some for the business. We need more people like her in this world honestly.
Store manager Vicky was awesome. We came in just to look, but Vicky was extremely informative. She told us about price matching and was able to match not just prices but deals other places had going on. She really took care of us, and we're really glad we decided to stop by this place.
Cindy is the best! Incredibly helpful and personable, this was the first place I stopped at to check out beds, and after shopping around ended up coming straight back and purchasing a bed there. Cindy has my business and will be highly recommended.
