Very rude! I had purchased a groupon for a massage from Liz, when it came time to find her shop, the address she provides on groupon and google are both wrong. After wasting gas and trying to find her was eating into my massage time, I told her I wanted to reschedule and she persisted to try and convince to still come in. After trying to tell her again i wanted to reschedule, she started throwing low balls about the avigation app\ that i was using that was sending me to the wrong location. I decided i did not want a massage from this unprofessional woman. So I told her that I just wanted a refund and she hung up on me after that. Again, unprofessional and rude.
