Granted Steve over there is great and does his job correctly so I feel the owner is getting his monies worth out of him, now we have good ole Bill now, this weasel apparently is a email warrior with absolutely no skills in looking into where estimates are sent \ah screw it why bother\ attitude. So Bill work on your people skills and leave your personal issues at the door.

RCI deserves an A in customer service! RCI came to our office and inspected our company's fire extinguishers at a resonable rate. When I called to book they were fluent in all aspects of fire regulation and fire extinguishers. They answered my questions and were able to send someone out rather quickly. We had the pleasure of having Rhone do our inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and punctual! We will definitely be using RCI for all of our fire inspection and product needs.

I only had to go 3 blocks. I'm a good cyclist. I share the road, take the road for my safety when needed, and try to stay up with traffic just to ensure that the cars around me know I'm trying to be one of them. I left work, and had to cycle 3 blocks to get to a road with a bike lane. A truck driver for RCI Systems hated my existence from the start and immediately started to verbally assault me. He then proceeded to drive within inches of my bike as he passed by. The truck number was 68 and it gave me quite the shake. I've never used RCI Systems, and likely never will, but if these are the types of employees they hire...then I wish them nothing but the worst. Dear driver in truck 68, I'm happy to have coffee with you one day and explain a bit more of why I took the lane, who I am as a person, and maybe through that you'll see that you were in the wrong. If not, whatever, I already called your work and put in a formal complaint.
