Tried to schedule online to start service, it said the appointment could not be scheduled, no explanation why. Called and waited on hold for 45 minutes, 70 callers ahead of me. When I finally got through I was immediately told they needed to transfer me. Well, they sent me to the back of the line right where I started, but now 180 callers ahead of me. I waited an hour before I had to hang up to take care of other things. Maybe tomorrow will be different.

This company didn’t show up for work. Ignored calls from the builder. Delayed my house closing and cost me thousands in delays. Still haven’t responded to the builder. This is not just unprofessional it’s unacceptable but I’m sure this company doesn’t care.
South West Gas in a horrible company to deal with I called this morning to see if I could get a time slot on my appointment today that I set 4 days ago. This morning around 8am the CSR said it was an all day appointment and no time slot was given that I could wait all day at the property or leave a key so I decided to leave after telling him multiple times the location of they key I get a text from SWGC that my appointment was canceled after being on hold for 30min to review the call with a supervisor they say we are not sure where the miscommunication happened and their now earlies time was Tuesday the supervisor said I did not answer a call from the tech even though I did not receive one after the fact I specifically asked in my morning call if I would receive a call or text and was told NO they do not give out courtesy calls. The supervisor could only say don’t know what happened sorry leave a key somewhere else or stay all day now since no time slot. Now I will be out of my 10 day period for inspection on the sale of our home.
Excellent service. I called to set up a transfer of name to my roommate since I am moving out and they are staying. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Shout out to Erin Peters, she got everything set up, was very friendly and direct. Finally, a call to a utility provider that didn't feel like a waste of time.
Technician made the claim that there was an animal in the way of him being able to complete the service. The animal was a small corgi who is the nicest girl ever. Really can’t believe it.
