I came here for with a few friends for our first aerial yoga experience. The studio was super clean, unique, and well maintained. We were greeted by April at the front, the studio manager and our instructor the for the evening. She was friendly and got us registered quickly. April was a great and thorough instructor. I felt safe when I was suspended on the silks, and we felt like she explained the different positions very well. All of us had a wonderful time, and I would love to come back to further my skill. I recommend reserving a class ahead of time and bringing a yoga mat (though, they are provided as well).

I come to this studio almost daily to build strength and flexibility through practicing aerial yoga. I've taken classes from most of the instructors and all have been a great experience. The general class structure consists of conditioning, stretching, a flow, and breath work/meditation. I recommend trying out a few classes if you're interested in a full-body workout and/or finding time to de-stress and relax.
Such a beautiful studio displayed with local art. I took Kassandra's restorative yoga and felt absolutely AMAZING!
I’ve this studio! It was my first aerial yoga class and the instructor was incredibly patient and helpful. I also have vertigo and she was very kind to help me avoid positions that would make it worse and avoid exacerbating it. Great experience!
The studio is a lovely place. The instructor is nice and helpful in getting you started if you’ve never done any aerial yoga. The beginner’s class is fun! Really recommend checking it out!
Had a wonderful experience. Very nice studio that was comfy and inviting. We had a small group for a birthday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session. April was very quick and informative when I contacted her through the website. Can't recommend enough
What an awesome studio! It has such a calming feel and the instructor was very passionate and professional. I loved the mix of essential oils in the class. I highly recommend checking this place out. I have taken other ariel yoga classes at a different studio and you were required to do an Intro class which was a waist of time and money. Here they let you choose your level and dive in which I can really appreciate. Check it out if you have never tried!
