I’ve been going here for three years and have enjoyed it! I like the donation based format and how many classes are offered. It is a challenging flow if you’re new to yoga but it’s a great workout! The environment is very relaxing and most the teachers are wonderful. For someone who does yoga weekly, the flow Of poses doesn’t change very much so it can get slightly boring if you go almost every day.

I miss this studio so much. You brought me back to life as I left another one and my mother's passing. I truly hope after all of this I may return for more.

Wonderful place to unwind after a long week. Even though it is a class, you are encouraged to move at your own pace and do what feels best for you. Staff were kind and inviting, would go back

A calming experience to say the least! Instructor was very nice and knew what she was doing. I recently started my yoga journey and this has been a nice push as I am too distracted to do it at home.

The studio is immaculate, you can drop in whenever, and they have clean, high quality mats to rent and mat storage. The yoga routines are a good workout but still very relaxing. I've been coming here for years and its always great.

My first time doing yoga at an actual studio instead of at home. It was extremely relaxing but also a much tougher work out than I was expecting! The instructor and patrons were all very respectful as well. This place is 10/10 for being “non-profit”

Went to Candle-lit Sunday night yoga at 7PM. Rode my bike 4 miles for warm up and locked bike right in front. Lot of fun for this old duffer. Mixed crowd of beautiful mid-20s and fit folks. Instructor Sarah looks young but knows her stuff. Luckily I was surrounded by trio of advanced yogis because I found the music distracting, altho I'm nearly deaf, while Sarah spoke. Ambiance great otherwise and I will be a regular. Class was full @ 30 folks so get there early on Sunday.

Awesome experience! It's all donation based and no one judges you whatsoever if you can't afford to give the 10 dollar recommendation. You just give what you can! I've been to several studios in Tempe and this is by far my favorite. Class size/hands on instruction varies but its totally worth it because the atmosphere in this place is great! It's very light and open on the inside and everyone I talked to was friendly!
