I ordered a 2 scoop meal to-go from the store. After I got home, I found out that one of the scoops (Unagi which is 1 dollar extra) is missing. So I decided to call them to ask them for a refund and they said I had to go back to the store. So after I drove all the way back to store to ask them to refund, they started saying that the Unagi was never charged and only wanted to refund the money for one regular scoop. I agreed on it but however, they only refunded me 2 dollar and 19 cents. They charged 2.95 for one scoop and that's not even including tax. I didn't not want to argue with them, because during this whole time, I had to explain to 3 different workers there on what has happened, and it was so frustrating. Eventually, this was handled by the store manager who has a VERY bad attitude. I am highly questioning the training and work ethic of the workers there. The manager is not helping at all but escalate the whole thing up. I will never come back to this place again.

Just the other store, this place is clean and neat. The staff is friendly although I can't tell he is over work and the place is under staff. Parking is plenty and easy to access to. Recommended.

Food is okay. First worker who helped me with my base & proteins was friendly. Second guy was a much older guy who didn't seem like he knew a lot of English, he was very stingy on toppings. When I asked for more, he would give me half a serving. When I got home to eat my food, I noticed on the receipt he charged me for avocado when no one ordered it. Scandalous. Probably wouldn't go here again. First & last experience

Poke bowl places have been all the rage recently. This one not much different from the rest. I usually stop by this one if I crave it and am in the area. I can expect them to have fresh food, fair prices, and clean eating areas. A differentiating factor is that this location seems to have more marinade options than most.
