Amazing experience! Matt Gray was very helpful, he listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle and delivered! He helped me find my perfect new car at a great deal, 0% interest, can't beat that! He was super patient with my inquisitive 9 year old daughter and made us all laugh. Great customer service! You can definitely tell that Matt has a lot of experience and loves what he does. It was a pleasure! Thank you Matt! Paige was extremely patient with us and helped us figure out the best way to finance our new beauty. She consulted us on gap insurance and extended warranty. I do feel that they took great care of us! Awesome team!

Very poor customer service. I never received an update on my car for almost a week. I called every day, left voice mails, no one called me back. I told the operator that no one was calling me back, she said my service rep was out to lunch or not at his desk every day, she said no one else can help me. My service rep called me after hours on a weekend to tel me that he no longer verified my complaint and that “I guess I thought I saw it but I didn’t”. So I was lied to over the phone and to my face. The service manager was very nice and helpful, listened to my complaint and tried to fix it. I requested a new service rep and the one I specifically told the manager I no longer wanted to contact me, then started to update me. Upon picking up my car parts were not put back on and were sitting in my cup holder. The entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership/service department.

Bought and paid for a car a week ago and the dealership bought mine. But I am still driving it since they can't seem to get my cadillac ready. This marcos guy is a joke don't use him. I mean I couldn't even get management help when I came in for the third time I am just standing in the waiting area right now. Maybe the water pipe is broken I really don't care get a bucket of water and wipe it down at least pull the stickers off so I feel like you're working on it. I definitely would not recommend this dealership if I can cancel this I would. No courtesy call nothing worst customer service ever

ZERO STARS for the dismissive salesman in the black suit! FIVE STARS for Mr. Marcos Arismendez! FIVE STARS for Mr. Matt Gray! The low tire pressure warning light came on as I was driving. I activated my hazard lights, lowered the speed of my vehicle, and took the first exit off the interstate. I was so relieved when I saw this dealership close by. The moment I parked the car I was approached by a salesman wearing a black suit, red mask (pic attached). He approached me with enthusiasm (undoubtedly with the expectation of making a sale). His mood quickly changed when I asked for assistance with the tire. He told me Service was closed (local time was about 6:30pm). I asked if anyone else inside could help me - he said he doubted if anyone was available to help me. I asked if HE wouldn't mind helping me - he stood there awkwardly then he said, \ma'am Service is closed\. Then he suggested I drive to Walmart for assistance (10 minutes away on a flat tire). I thought ok, maybe he has a customer waiting (which would explain his reluctance to help me); however when he went inside the dealership he returned to his resting position against one of the show room floor vehicles (pic attached). Shortly after he walked away, I was approached by Mr. Marcos Arismendez who offered to assist me (pics attached). Shortly after that Mr. Matt Gray stopped by and offered his assistance (pics attached). GOD BLESS and THANK YOU to these two gentlemen for taking time away from their work to assist me. I am EXTREMELY grateful for your kindness and making me feel equally important and valuable as a car buying customer!!!
