It’s simply the best! Wonderful instructors great environment for everyone. All the instructors were amazing and very friendly. I come from 5 hours away just to train at this Academy when I can. What l have gained in experience can’t get elsewhere.

10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone of any age, shape, size. I stepped in for the first time around Nov 2017 and knew it was the place for me to be. The atmosphere of excellence is present whether you go train in the morning or evening; you’ll always see pros and world champions training. It’s a very welcoming place for people who just want to go in and lose weight, the elderly, even people who never threw one punch in their life. Master Donnie, Master Lloyd, Coach Jamal I’ve always been able to reach out and talk with them after classes. I’ve become more overall healthy since coming here, built better habits, I’ve learned self confidence here, the power of positive self affirmation, and much more. Big thanks to this amazing team.

I love this gym!! I've been coming to this gym since 1998. It's always felt like home to me. If I want a hard push, I get it. Just drilling and technique, I get it. They work with my injuries and training schedules as my life has changed over 22 years. Now I take my kids and my nephews to visit with me and they get the same fantastic treatment. If you're looking for a home, look here first. It's a family first gym that just happens to produce a lot of world champions too!! And neither the family environment or world champion development happened by accident. It is the brain child of one of the smartest, hard working and devoted people I've ever met - Master Lloyd Irvin. See you on the mat!!

I could write pages about how much I recommend this place and Master Lloyd but I'll keep it simple. This is a LIFE CHANGING ACADEMY and he is a LIFE CHANGING INSTRUCTOR. The list of people whose lives were changed by Master Lloyd, not only in this place but around the country would last for miles. Take my advice and try it for yourself. Within 6 months you will be a much better version of yourself in health and mind. Wish I could give 1000 stars

I wasn’t going to give any details of why I gave one star rating but since the owner wants to lie about never having me as a student, I guess I give some details. First all most of the coaches are amazing people and great coaches so now that we got the only good part out of the way, let’s get into what’s bad about it. You do not get any one on one coaching and for the price you expect that. You mostly working with other students. They claimed that Master Lloyd is always there teaching and for the five months I went there he only taught one of my classes. They (management/owner) don’t care about you more than they care about their money don’t let the smiles fool you. If for some reason your life changes and you can no longer attend, you still have to pay until you complete a year or pay 1/3 of what’s left of the year you sign up for. If you paid for the whole year you are screwed. Morning classes are . I have been there waiting out and inside the gym waiting for a coach to show up. Again you expect more for the price you pay. In summary amazing people and coaches but poor management and system. I understand is a business but you win more by helping your customers instead of screwing them over by making them pay for service they are not receiving. Note: your initial payment doesn’t count toward any future cancellation fee

We come from Texas when it’s training camp time. Everyone is very welcoming. Very professional. Great facility. They have a great kids program that I can’t wait to enroll my little one soon when he’s old enough! Coach’s are all amazing! And they have a handful of CHAMPION level fighters that come out of team Lloyd Irving! So wether you are a beginner wanting to see what MMA is about or goal is to compete I highly recommend this place!
