Website is terrible! I wanted get an idea of carpet styles, types, and prices, but it was hard navigate. If it's hard to get information on the website, then I'm pretty it's the same at the store.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Horrible service. I usually don’t even do google reviews but I have never in my life been treated so poorly as a paying customer. Sold me carpet then told me no one was there to cut it. Made a promise to cut it by a certain time another day and when I called the representative named Leon said he didn’t know anything about it and it was nothing he could do, it would have to get cut another day. Leon hung up on me twice and was very rude. I will never shop here and will use my following on social media to inform them of the horrible customer service. If you are shopping around for carpet, do yourself a favor and scratch this place off the list. Modern Carpet can accredit this review to Moky, the representative that took my money but didn’t follow through on her commitment. And Leon who was rude and hung up on a paying customer multiple times with a very nasty attitude.

I came to review some tile and I had to ask three times to be helped. The store was empty. When I asked if they sold samples I was told no. This was a waste of time. Do not use this store.
