I was a walk-in at Prevent First for fingerprinting. Before going, I called the main number. They had a very informative recording detailing all of the information I needed. Additionally their website contains a lot of information. The office has clear signage detailing the check in procedure. You have to sign in, provide your phone number, and then wait outside given the social distancing requirements. They cal you once ready. I went shortly after opening is there wasn't a long wait time. I was called back within a few minutes of signing in. The process took no more than 10 minutes. I would definitely use this business for fingerprinting or other services in the future.

Drove from Virginia to come here to get fingerprints for my husband. There was no wait, and no appointment necessary. The man who handled my husband’s prints was very kind and explained to us how the fingerprint card does indeed work for passports. Very kind staff, they didn’t mind my baby who was very loud and running around everywhere. My husband also got passport photos here too. In total we paid 37 dollars. The police stations aren’t doing fingerprints due to Covid so this is a good place to go to. Everyone was also wearing masks. Good experience, and they answered the phones Twice when I called two different times, and they answered all my questions.
