I contracted with Revolution to move a number of boxes for a former parish member of our church who is moving back to Wisconsin. My dealings with Rueben, the moving coordinator were excellent. He communicated the steps clearly, as well as the price once it was determined. The movers were on time, courteous and careful. Revolution offered free 30 day storage as we were not ready to have her things shipped immediately. We are ready now and the follow up is great. This has been a great experience. I would recommend Revolution to anyone.

We moved to another state. They picked up our belongings. Said we had move boxes than the price we were quoted, so had to pay more. We told the original person what we had, different size boxes and he said, which we had under, 40 boxes. They charged us for size not amount of boxes. They took our sofas apart, and did not put the back together when they unloaded the stuff. Which the main person said they would. They lost out kings size box springs. We have been trying to get a hold of someone for 2.wks now and know one ever called us back. Never again!!

I do not recommend this company to no one. They are a complete ripoff. They are unprofessional and shady. They sent a truck too small for my furniture and I had to rent a Uhaul to take my remaining items after being charged to have all items picked up and delivered. The original contract was with Cardinal Van Lines another bad moving company. They sent Revolution Van Lines to deliver and had the incorrect balance due. When it was time to pay, they did not wanted cash or money order from Walmart. They refused to accept a money order or bank check from my bank and would not take my credit card. The driver stated if I didn’t get the cash they will take all my items sitting on their truck back to the warehouse and will have to get another delivery. As I am now new to the state had no way to get this taken care of to pay. When I managed to get a family member to bring the cash the driver had the audacity to say they will charge me for every hour they have to wait to get paid. Both of these entities are a complete fraud, misleading and down right unprofessional.

I helped arrange a move for my aunt from Virginia to Wisconsin we had a binding quote and they bullied her into signing a new quote that was 3 times the price and she felt she had no options so she signed. Now the only way we will get her items is if she pays 2300 more or drive to Maryland to grab her stuff. These people need to be sued for taking advantage of older people. Our original quote was for 2900 out the door. They’ve charged her 4000 and want an additional 2300 and just don’t care... Truly the lowest of the low...

I had a very bad experience with this company. The broker Trinity relocation group sent me revolution van lines. I had a good ''binding'' quote from Trinity and I have not added anything substantial to the items to be moved. I actually removed several items so I was sure my price should be OK. To be sure though I asked Revolution Van Lines guys to give me their price before they started loading the truck - they refused. As I said, I did not worry much since I had a lot of experience moving and I did not add any items I thought if the price goes up 200 -300 USD it's fine. Well, it was dark outside when the truck was loaded that when they announced their price which was 2K more. This is double of the ''binding'' quote I agreed to. I showed my quote and my contract they said it does not mean anything. The Revolution Van Line bulled me into signing a new contract with a new price by threatening to unload the truck. I was not comfortable with the new price and the contract but at this point, I did not have a choice. This deceiving practice that movers use nowadays is unacceptable and in my opinion simply criminal. I Do not recommend these movers. They also came in without masks during the pandemic and they lost parts required to put my bed together - so now I cannot use it anymore In addition, they broke my large mirror. I paid extra for them to pack the mirror and my understanding was is that they should guaranty its safe transportation because of that extra I paid. They came in without appropriate packing materials for the mirror or my TV (TV survived the move).

I have moved with many movers in USA, but the experience with revolution van lines was very amazing. Their staff was very responsible and excellent behaviour towards the customers. Also they came on time and drop my stuff very carefully in an affordable price. At last I would like to thanks them and recommend revolution van lines to all of you guy.

This company was contracted through US Standard Moving and Storage.. I was given a pickup window of 3-6pm on my chosen date; not optimal but I was able to plan around it. As the pickup window approached I received a call from the driver stating that they were delayed about an hour. As the evening progressed that hour delay turned into 5 1/2 hours. The movers finally arrived at 1130pm. I then received news that there would be additional charges for using an elevator, and for charging a credit card, none of which was told to me when i received my "binding quote" from the moving company. Naturally I was unable to drive back to Philadelphia that night, forcing me to stay in a hotel which was not planned. I was not given a date or time for delivery and had to call the trucking company, only to find out unwound be without my items for a further 5-10 business days; that timeliness was not communicated to me at any point. With this being a holiday, and given the lateness of the pickup, I have no reason to belive i will get my furniture before the end of the month. For slightly more than third of what I paid, I could have rented a truck, hired independent movers at both ends of the trip, and had my furniture at my new place in a day. Lesson learned.
