The wait is short, which is convenient, but as a notice to out of state people who are looking for the DMV to obtain/replace/renew a driver's license, this is NOT the place to go. This is such a common mistake that they have a little paper to give directions to the actual license place, which is: 6612 S General Bruce Drive, Temple, TX 76502.

You have some good and helpful workers , but the pregnant female needs a class to teach her respect, and customer service skills, she's extremely rude and seems like she hates her job

This is the worst location to call ever I don't know who answers the phone but the customer service is the worst the Employee should be fired I called over 6 times and was put on hold I held for 6 mins the first time and Everytime after I called hold please they don't even ask they just put you on but the very last time I called the phone just clicked straight to the holding music do unprofessional and rude it's not over until I speak to someone about this because I had a question that could have easily been answered
