First time at this Panera today. On my receipt says Karson helped me. She placed my order and it was accurate. Now accuracy matters for everything. The rare and BEST customer service is the smile, sweet and friendly mannerism. Also the perfection of the food preparatoon and presentation. I had a great experience. I had two bagels and oatmeal in the morning. Then I had a bowl of autumn squash and a side of mac & cheese for lunch. For dinner, I had a cup of broccoli cheddar with some yogurt and a Plum Ginger Hibiscus Tea. It was unsweetened just the way I like it. The Hazelnut coffee was at the perfect temperature. Everything taste yummy!! I would highly recommend this Panera! Also they have the cutest decorations for Valentine's Day!

Really upset with my last visit. I always get pick 2 with a sandwich and soup but opted for a salad today instead. Why was my salad only a few bites worth of food?!?! For a 16 ticket, it’s totally not worth it. Going to have to think twice about coming back ):

I have to give it 3 stars not because of food. Food was good. Not following rules of covid safety. Only one booth gone..all tables being used and saw a basketball coach let 6 people sit together. Cashiers cooks following rules of covid. Little disappointed i know small business have.to make money but there is still the safety issue.

Two for cleanliness- or lack of!! I was going to sit and read for a bit, but noticed my table had crumbs. As I sat and waited for my order, there was one person walking around and picking up dishes. Several tables had obvious crumbs and needed wiping. When she came back around, she wiped table crumbs into her HAND!! No cloth, no spray... I couldn’t stay any longer. In this time of covid you would think restaurants- facing further limits - would want to maintain excellent cleanliness!!
