I received a gift certificate for Christmas. I went to get acrylics and there was only one person working. They called someone else in to do my friends nails while I waited for someone to do mine. The woman that did mine cut the tips for my nails unevenly, and when asked to fix it she told me it was fine. When she was filing them she made me bleed! She put the clear coat on them and she put too much, causing it to burn and harden on my finger when it was in the dryer. She didn’t apologize. My nails are super bumpy and uneven. I will not be returning.

All techs are so sweet and courteous. Julie, who I see, makes sure you are happy before you leave and always takes her time to get it all right. I drive an hour to see her!!!
