Two of us went in on a Saturday morning. Nobody was in line so we walked right up to the register to order. Six employees in the immediate area and not a single one of them acknowledged our existence. We started thinking we’re on some hidden camera show. Employees would walk by and never said a single word. Five minutes later a 7th employee came from a back room and immediately greeted us. I asked if she was the only one allowed to speak and she looked confused. We explained to her we’d been standing at the register and the other 6 employees never said a single word.
the hospitality was great but they have missed it on my drink the last 4 times.
Today, 12/29 @ around 10:20 AM the store was closed but there was no sign at the drive thru to let people know. The screen was turned on and looking normal, but again, no message. I thought maybe the speaker was broken so after waiting without any acknowledgement, I drive to the window. There's a male worker who passes the window over 5 times with me there without being courteous enough to let me know the store is closed. I look on the app to see that the store is closed. The man could've easily told me that it was closed instead of ignoring me. I even had a mask on waiting in my car. While leaving, I saw a massive line backed up because nobody knew the store was closed. Here's a crazy idea: put up a sign that the store is closed instead of ignoring customers.
Awesome place for good stuff and staff are people persons. Only, they don't have what you want at times but some staff works with you.
I love this Starbucks! It is a busy one but they always work so fast! I can’t understand how they work so fast but still make the drinks correctly! I love to order a head on my app!
Chelsea definitely took care of us took the time to ask us about our day and the proceeded to take care of our drink due to system not working properly when we were going to check out. Chelsea Definitely is an asset to this location!! KUDOS TO CHELSEA EVEN MORE OF A REASON WHY THIS LOCATION WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS!
