I had an absolutely amazing experience today at Temple Vision Source. I was in for my yearly eye exam and received excellent service. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable about my insurance benefits. The technician who helped me also was very friendly and kept everything sanitized, and helped me to feel comfortable. Dr. Callen did my exam and she was one of the most personable providers I have ever met. I manage a medical office and completely understand how important the patient experience is and Temple Vision Source completely exceeded my expectation!

Service is great. Tiffany (employee) was asked to repair two, well worn, prescription glasses for me; lenses had popped out of one pair, leg had come off the other pair. Without any hesitation and with a nice attitude she took them to the back for repair. She explained why the lenses was popping out. She also, at my request, gave ideals and price to turn one pair into prescription sunglasses. Tiffany was very patient, kind, friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing to get service from someone that’s non judging about the condition of glasses, but did her very best to see if what I requested was possible. All options were looked into. I’m a satisfied client.

Last Friday was my first visit here and let me just say that as soon as I walked in I was nicely greeted, the front desk staff handled me some paperwork and explained everything every well. I waited for about 15 minutes overall to get called in to get the test ran and the lady taking them was super nice I felt every comfortable. Everyone is super friendly and makes it seem like you’ve been their patient for a long time, they are very professional. I definitely recommend temple vision source!
