It makes me so mad to see any negative reviews of this company. They came when I needed them the most, they gave me 30 days to pay my bill even when I was 60 dates late the first time around, will have someone in under a week to come service me and give me 30 days to pay for that to. I called emergency services and the guy gave me great advice, so I wouldn’t get peppered with a huge bill. If this company isn’t for their customer I really don’t know who is? I highly recommend them. Never rude, always kind and care about the customer. That’s the most important thing. Everyone I’ve spoke to from getting a deliver the same day, to the service people to the emergency calls they’re hands down the best and I want to say thank you and say whoever gave them a negative review shame on you.

I have used Huhtala for 17 years and have heard bad things but never believed it until now. I called and paid for 100 gallons. It never got delivered. They said that GPS said they were here and the driver described the house so no confusion. My tank still had only a few inches of oil in the bottom. Huhtala tries telling me that it is the gage. NOPE! I had Brideau come out with 100 gallons and low and behold, I now have oil. I will never use Huhtala again! I hope your driver is enjoying his free oil! They never did anything for me. I'm out 229 and I'm a single mom. Dispicable!
Have always had a great experience using Huhtala for our oil deliveries. Julie is always helpful and so nice to speak with, even at 7am in the morning. Recently, we were lower on oil than we thought, I called first thing in the morning and they were here not 4 hours later. Great service!
Through the entire winter season they have been on point. Always friendly staff on the phone, patient with questions and detailed answers for any you may have, and overall, they have to be one of my favorite companies to deal with. They've earned life long business from me.
