Charisma is fantastic. In just a matter of weeks my daughter went from a confused C student to a confident A student in math. Charisma has a program and tactics to help students remember and utilize her approach to succeed in math and I am sure other subjects. We love her upbeat personality and really appreciate her caring and intuitive side which is important when a student struggles.

Russ has been working with my sophomore daughter once a week for about 2 months now and she just passed her Geometry final with 100%!!! First time she has had an A in math in years. I just took a summer chemistry course at Cuesta. I am not a math person so taking this really fast paced chemistry course worried me. I started tutoring the 2nd week of class and I was able to catch up and retain so much knowledge. Russ really knows math and chemistry I am SO happy I found him!
