Chef Julian Bentivegna offers a vegetable-forward, multi-course tasting menu to ten guests seated at the Chef's Counter. The menu is constantly changing and developing, taking into consideration seasons and food availability.

Ten strives to push Canadian fine dining forward without pretension. Having the mindset that we can always do better, we hope to create a unique dining experience for our guests. Our goal is to develop a small-scale, sustainable restaurant that will invoke creativity, knowledge and community through food.

We absolutely loved dinner here. We had the 10 course tasting menu with the wine pairings. Each course was delicious and the wines complemented the food perfectly. The peas with white chocolate foam was the favourite until the mushrooms blew it out of the water. Chef Julian truly outdid himself, and we enjoyed hearing about his cooking philosophy and how the restaurant allows him to realize this. A spectacular evening.

Was eyeing the black cod dish since my first visit. Similar to Chef Julian, black cod is one of my favourite fish to have cooked. It melts in your mouth like butter! Probably one of my favourite dishes from them. If you're looking for a seafood and vegetarian restaurant, this is a must try. recommend

Easily one of the best meals I've ever had. Immense thought and care goes into every aspect of your experience, from the food to the wine pairings, and the welcoming atmosphere. It has stuck with me for months now and would jump at the opportunity to try it again. A unique experience that you're unlikely to find anywhere else.

We visited Ten last summer and were stunned by the delicate flavours and mind-blowing harmony of ingredients. I still think about that dish with white chocolate and peas regularly. Amazing place doing amazing things for the community who deserve all the kudos. Glad they're taking steps to support their staff as well! Can't wait to visit again!

Ten was the most incredible dining experience I’ve ever had. Chef Julian and his team create a beautiful environment to experience his sublime food. So much care and thought is given to each item and it shows with the exquisite food that is served up. I will be the first to admit that I’m an ardent carnivore, but Ten’s vegetable-forward tasting menu did things with vegetables I wouldn’t have thought possible. I couldn’t recommend Ten more.
