I found them online because my local jeweler was unable to do a very difficult repair on a Piero Milano ring. I called and spoke to Edward Aydin who was very familiar with the intricacy of the design and what was required to repair it. I'm out of state to them and sent the ring, he repaired and returned it looking like a brand new ring. So pleased with the customer service, the responsiveness and the quality of work. Highly recommend! And grateful to have found them!
