Quiet,peaceful and beautiful
peaceful woodland hilltop with views over Tenby and Penally to the south and Monkstone Point to the north. Some fine trees , benches, picnic tables. Tree stump carvings - four owls beside the paths , a large red kite, and an especially detailed Peregrine Falcon . Paths into the site link back to the Coast Path. Maintained by Tenby Civic Society since 1967, when it was gifted to them by the then owner Miss Jessie Allen who lived in the neighbouring house 'Clovers'. She had planted many trees including the tall groups of Monterey pines. Native trees have self seeded.
Great for walking the dog
Worth the walk up from Tenby to enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility .
